Before & After School Clubs

What activities will my child take part in?

Each session is packed with energy, variety and creativity  from multisports and team games to arts, crafts and fun challenges. No two sessions are the same!

Nope. We’ll provide everything they need. Just make sure they’re in comfy clothes and ready to play.

Typically Reception to Year 6. Check your school’s club info when booking, as age ranges may vary slightly.

Things happen, just let us know as soon as you can so we can keep your child reassured and safe.

You can book as flexibly as you like, though popular days do fill up quickly.

Holiday Camps

What activities do your camps offer?

Over 20 different ones every day from football, Nerf tag, and inflatables to science slime labs and arts & crafts. It’s high-energy fun, all day long.

Our camps are designed for children aged 4 (Reception+) to 16.

Yes, for HAF-supported bookings. Otherwise, please pack a nut-free lunch and refillable water bottle.

It’s a brilliant way to keep them active, social, and stimulated during the school holidays. Our camps build confidence, teach new skills, and give kids an unforgettable experience.

The Holiday Activities and Food Programme (HAF) is fully funded by the Department for Education and runs across Easter, Summer and Christmas. It’s for children receiving benefit-related Free School Meals — check with your local council for access.

Billing & Payments

How do I pay for clubs or camps?

All bookings are made online via your account. We accept debit/credit cards and Childcare Vouchers.

Yes,  just check that your chosen venue is Ofsted registered. You’ll find this info when booking.

You can cancel or reschedule through your online account. Terms apply, so please refer to our cancellation policy when booking.

Health & Safety

Who will be looking after my child?

Our team is fully vetted, DBS-checked and trained in safeguarding and first aid. They’re warm, friendly and full of energy.

Please tell us about any conditions during registration. We’ll ensure the right steps are taken to support their needs.

We operate within Ofsted guidance, complete risk assessments for all venues, and maintain high staff-to-child ratios.

Inclusion & Accessibility

My child has additional needs – can they still attend?

We do our very best to accommodate all children. Let us know about your child’s needs in advance, and we’ll work with you to make sure they feel included and supported.

Yes, most of our venues are wheelchair-friendly, but please contact us before booking if you have specific access needs.

Financial Support

Do you accept Childcare Vouchers and Universal Credit?

Yes, most of our clubs and camps accept both. Check during the booking process, or reach out to our team for help.

Yes, flexible payments are available for some services. You’ll see your options at checkout.

You can check your eligibility and book via your local council’s website. We also link directly to supported councils on our HAF page.

Account & Bookings

How do I create an account?

Simply head to our booking portal and follow the steps to register. It only takes a minute.

Click ‘Forgot password’ on the login page and follow the prompts.

Log in to your account, go to your profile and edit your child’s information at any time.

You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your booking is complete.
